The mission of the Reserve Affairs Office (RAO) serves as the Command's advisor on reserve related matters and manages the Individual Mobilization Augmentation (IMA) Program.

ADSW

Active Duty Special Work (ADSW) is designed to provide the Marine Corps with a means to utilize Reserve personnel on active duty to meet operational requirements short of Presidential Selected Reserve Call-up (PSRC) or mobilization and to support short term, special projects and exercise participation supporting both AC and RC.
