FOIA Program is implemented by Secretary of the Navy Instruction 5720.42F, "Department of
the Navy Freedom of Information Act Program" (SECNAVINST 5720.42F).

The Marine Corps' FOIA program is decentralized, so there are FOIA offices located at
each majorMarine Corps Command that can assist you. There is pre-printed information
made available to the public in the Marine Corps libraries and on the Internet without
